Applying two coats, at an average of 1/8 inch thick, allow the installer to produce the desired look. The material may be integrally colored, stained after the application or both. Once the desired result is achieved the surface is then sealed to protect the new concrete finish from the elements.

Hermetic Stout Epoxy Floor
The Hermetic Stout Flooring System is very similar to the Hermetic Neat with the addition of additional grit. Sand is broadcast to rejection after a base layer of epoxy is laid down. The excess sand is then removed and a solid color top coat of epoxy put down. An additional urethane top coat is optional depending the level of foot traffic the surface will encounter over its lifespan. This system is perfect for commercial kitchens, walk in coolers, locker rooms, breweries and more. The addition of the sand provides a non slip surface where superior traction is essential while maintaining an easy to clean surface.
