Concrete grinding was the first step to prepare this surface for a decorative concrete option.
After grinding a microtopping was applied providing a new, perfect concrete floor.
Finally, the concrete was acid stained and coated providing a low maintenance unique decorative concrete floor.

Starting the concrete polishing process for this man cave in Alexandria Va.
The micro-topping was then polished and sealed completing this “man cave”!

Glue was removed and the old terrazzo was resurfaced prior to a new floor option.
Application of 3/8″ concrete micro-topping was provided in this retail space to cover a damaged existing terrazzo for a new look.
The new micro topping coated with epoxy to provide an easy maintainable and durable concrete floor.

Before application the floor was resurfaced and cleaned.
1/4 Inch of new material was applied and smoothed for a level finish.

This slab required a new 1/4 inch of concrete micro-topping to cover years of damage and decay. The concrete was then stained and sealed to provide a beautiful new surface.
The concrete in this facility experienced years of remodel and abuse. East Coast Decorative Concrete applied a concrete overlay to provide a new service prior to staining and coating.
1/4″ of concrete micro-topping was applied providing a new concrete surface covering cracks, stains and holes.
